1. General Terms & Conditions
   1. All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific offer.
   2. Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event.
   3. Promotions, discounts, free credits, and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
   4. SIMBA reserves the right to vary, amend substitute, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
   5. Promotional deals, gifts, and prices are valid while stocks last and on a first-come, first served basis, unless otherwise specified.
2. SIMBA Broadband - $20 off New Sign-ups promotion
   1. The promotional period for the SIMBA Broadband - $20 off New Sign-ups promotion is 30 October 2025, 1100hrs to 2 November 2025, 2359hrs. This promotion can only be redeemed online at SIMBA’s website or selected SIMBA Authorised Dealers.
   2. Customers who sign up for a new SIMBA Broadband plan within the promotional period will enjoy a $20 discount on their first 30-day subscription. They will be charged $29.99 per 30-days billing cycle for the subsequent billing cycles.
   3. This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.
   4. This promotional discount is applicable on a “per sign-up” basis and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
   5. Other terms and conditions apply.
3. For D-Link Exclusive Deals
   1. This promotion is offered and managed solely by D-Link International Pte Ltd.
   2. New sign-ups to SIMBA’s Broadband services from 30 October 2025 to 2 November 2025 will receive a link to a D-Link website in the invitation email to redeem the promotion. All redemptions, discounts, and related matters are subject to D-Link’s own terms and conditions.
   3. SIMBA is not the organiser, supplier, or seller of the discounted products and make no representations or warranties regarding their quality, availability, or suitability. SIMBA is strictly not responsible for the customer’s purchase of the D-Link products, and are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or claims arising from or in connection with the promotion.
   4. The customer will be required to visit a D-Link Service Centre for product support.
   5. All new sign-ups will receive the D-Link Promotion email on 3 November 2025.
