Spider-Man Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw")

1. The period for entering the Lucky Draw shall 30 Jul to 9 Aug ("Lucky Draw Period").

2. Lucky Draw Mechanics

   1. The following transaction entitles a subscriber to receive one (1) Lucky Draw chance:
      1. Register for a new SIMBA mobile plan (new registration or port-in) between Promotion Period where the activation of the mobile plan is completed by 15 August 2026.
      2. Recharge $20 into a SIMBA wallet between 30 July 2026 and 2 August 2026 at SIMBA Service Centres, Spider-Man Roadshows or Authorised Dealers.
      3. Sign up for a new SIMBA Home Broadband Plan between Promotion Period at SIMBA Spider-Man roadshows.
   2. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must:
      1. Be at least 16 years old at the start of the Lucky Draw Period; and
      2. Have a valid and active mobile or fibre broadband subscription with SIMBA during:
         1. The start of the Lucky Draw 30 July 2026;
         2. The end of the Lucky Draw 9 August 2026;
         3. The drawing of the prize winners;
         4. The collection of the prize.
      3. Spend at least $20 at a participating location - on qualifying purchases stated above in clauses 1 to 3, between 30 July 2026 00:00 hours to 6 August 2026 23:59 hours. Every $20 spent on qualifying purchases shall be one (1) eligible entry for the Lucky Draw.
   3. 170 winners will be chosen randomly at the end of the Lucky Draw Period. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries and awards are determined in SIMBA's sole decision, which shall be final and conclusive.
   4. The winners will be announced on SIMBA's Instagram and Facebook accounts by 25 August 2026, 16:00 hours.
   5. The drawing of the winners will be done at SIMBA's Kaki Bukit Service Centre (1 Kaki Bukit View #02-10, Techview, Singapore 415941) on 24 August 2026, 14:00 hours.
   6. All winners of the Lucky Draw will be contacted by SIMBA through an SMS, and the winner must provide identification verification details as required by SIMBA in its absolute discretion for its review before awarding the prize.
   7. Each Participant is allowed to have multiple entries into the Lucky Draw but will only be permitted to win one prize from the Lucky Draw. If a Participant is drawn for more than one prize, only the first prize drawn for that Participant will be awarded, and any subsequent prizes drawn for that same Participant will be redrawn.
   8. In the event any winner is not contactable within 2 weeks, SIMBA may redraw for another winner or donate the unclaimed prize(s) as stated below, at SIMBA's absolute discretion.

3. Lucky Draw Prizes

   1. There will be a total of one hundred and seventy (170) winners for the following Prizes ("Prizes") with a total value of $9,668:
      1. 1 X Samsung A56 256GB (worth $658)
      2. 2 X Samsung Buds3 Pro (worth $200 each)
      3. 10 X $100 Scoot Travel Voucher (worth $100 each)
      4. 20 X Spider-Man Movie Hamper (worth $100 each)
      5. 5 X $50 Takashimaya Voucher (worth $50 each)
      6. 80 X One Pair of Spider-Man Movie tickets (worth $32 per set)
      7. 50 X One Pairs of Spider-Man Movie tickets + Popcorn Combo (worth $48 per set)
      8. 2 X Skechers Hamper (Shoes + Bag) (worth $200 per set)
   2. SIMBA reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or to donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization as solely determined by SIMBA.
   3. The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
   4. If there are circumstances that are beyond SIMBA's control which result in the unavailability or unfeasibility of any Prize, SIMBA reserves the right to replace that Prize with any other item of similar value without prior notice and liability.

4. Collection

   1. Upon the verification of each winner's identity, SIMBA will send an SMS to the number that was used during the entry into the Lucky Draw.
   2. Prize collection will be at SIMBA's Office at 1 Kaki Bukit View, #02-10, Techview, Singapore 415941. Winners must bring along their NRIC or Passport for verification. A winner may authorize a representative to collect on his/her behalf and the representative must provide their full details before collection. Prizes cannot be mailed or delivered to winners.
   3. If a Winner fails to collect the Prize within one (1) month upon verification of winner's identity, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. No further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, SIMBA management shall be entitled to select another winner.
   4. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, the winner of the Prize shall be liable for the payment of such tax.

5. Personal Data

   1. SIMBA will need to collect and use participants' personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to its partners, to facilitate their participation in this Lucky Draw. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant's name, contact number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his or her pictures, photographs or likeness.
   2. Furthermore, given the nature of the Lucky Draw, the Participants consent and authorise SIMBA and its partners the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the participant or Winner for marketing, publicity or promotional activities without any further compensation (where not prohibited by law).
   3. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to SIMBA's and SIMBA's partners' collection, use and disclosure of participants' personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above and is subject to SIMBA's Data Protection Notice and Standard Terms and Conditions.

6. Others

   1. SIMBA's decisions on the Lucky Draw and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, an individual's entitlement to participate in the Contest and a participant's entitlement to the Prizes SIMBA shall have the absolute discretion to review and award the Prizes.
   2. SIMBA makes no warranty, assurances or guarantees as to the Prizes and shall not be responsible to any Winner or any person for the Prizes, including but not limited to the redemption and use of the Prizes and the specifications, defects or non-performance in the Prizes. Any issue faced with the Prizes shall be resolved directly with the merchant, provider or supplier of the Prizes.
   3. SIMBA shall not be liable to any Winner or any person for damages, losses, costs or expenses, including but not limited to special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Winner or any person arising out of or in connection with the redemption and use of any Prize.
   4. To the extent permissible by law, Participants (including their heirs, parents, legal guardians, executor, and/or administrators) shall hold harmless and indemnify SIMBA and the SIMBA's agents against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, injury, actions, proceedings, expenses and costs which may result in relation to the Lucky Draw or the Prizes.
   5. SIMBA reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Lucky Draw, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time, without notice and liability. Participation in this Lucky Draw will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
   6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Where a dispute arises from the Lucky Draw or this T&C, both SIMBA and the participant will use all reasonable endeavors to amicably resolve any disputes within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Lucky Draw or this T&C.

If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately, and the subscriber agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.

New SIM and Port-in Promotion

• This Promotion shall be valid for the Promotion Period, and can be redeemed exclusively at SIMBA website, SIMBA App, 7-Eleven, SIMBA Service Centres and authorised dealers. Any transactions that are completed on any other unauthorised channels not listed are not eligible for this promotion.
• New Subscribers who:
  • Register for a new SIMBA Mobile Plan with a new SIMBA mobile number will receive a one free 30-day renewal cycle; and
  • Register for a new SIMBA Mobile Plan by porting in their non-SIMBA mobile number will receive two free 30-day renewal cycles.
