Recharge Pack FAQ
No. The Recharge Pack cannot be purchased directly. Simply top up $16 to enjoy the Recharge Pack, which consists of $16 SIMBA Credits and a FREE RoamFree 500 Pack.
All SIMBA mobile customers, including Business and data-only plan customers, are eligible for the Recharge Pack.
When you recharge $16, you will receive:
a. $16 SIMBA credits, which will be credited to your SIMBA Wallet;
b. A Free RoamFree 500 Pack that consist of 500GB of roaming data for use in China, Japan, and South Korea.
You may recharge your SIMBA wallet in advance via the following payment options:
a. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (Debit/Credit Card), PayNow, GrabPay, GooglePay via SIMBA Online Recharge
b. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (Debit/Credit Card) via My Account, and My SIMBA App.
c. Cash at SIMBA Service Centers and SIMBA Dealers. To find the nearest SIMBA shops around you, SMS 1 to 1218. This service is free and valid for all SIMBA customers.
You may recharge your SIMBA wallet as much as you want. The credits have no expiry date as long as your SIMBA SIM is active. The credits can be used for plan renewal, charges for excess usage, or any excluded calls (such as IDD). Credits in SIMBA Wallet are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash.
No, the Recharge Pack will only be activated with a recharge of exactly $16. New sign up or renewals of plans $18 and above will not be eligible for the Recharge Pack.
In order to enjoy the Recharge Pack, you have to recharge exactly $16. Customers who recharge any amount above or below $16 will not be eligible for the Recharge Pack.

The RoamFree 500 Pack is valid for 360 days from the date of insertion.
No. Only one RoamFree 500 Pack can be active at any given time. If you purchase another Recharge Pack, your existing RoamFree 500 Pack will be terminated, and a new RoamFree 500 Pack will be inserted, and the 360-day cycle will refresh.
Yes. You can simply recharge $16 to get another Recharge Pack, which comes with $16 SIMBA credits and a free RoamFree 500 Pack. Your existing RoamFree 500 Pack will be terminated, and the new pack will be inserted.
Do note that all SIMBA mobile plans come with free roaming allowance to China, Japan and South Korea.
Your RoamFree 500 Pack will be terminated on the day your plan change takes effect.
If your SIMBA mobile plan is suspended, the RoamFree 500 Pack that is inserted into your mobile plan will also be suspended. The RoamFree 500 Pack will be reinstated when your mobile plan is reinstated.
If your SIMBA mobile plan is terminated, your RoamFree 500 Pack will also be terminated. It cannot be reinstated, even if your mobile plan is subsequently reactivated.
You can check your RoamFree 500 Pack balance using any of the following methods:
a. SMS "2" to 1218. Your account balance will be sent to you via SMS.
b. Log in to SIMBA My Account (not available for SIMBA Prepaid).
c. My SIMBA App (not available for SIMBA Prepaid).
When roaming in China, Japan, or South Korea, the roaming data from your RoamFree 500 Pack will be deducted first. Once it is fully utilised, the roaming data included in your SIMBA plan will be used.
After roaming data in your SIMBA plan is exhausted, you can either get roaming data at pay-per-use of $4/GB or get another RoamFree 500 Pack by recharging $16.
