COMEX 2025 SIMBA Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms & Conditions
   1. All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific offer.
   2. Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event.
   3. Promotions, discounts, free credits, and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
   4. SIMBA Mobile reserves the right to vary, amend substitute, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
   5. Promotional deals, gifts, and prices are valid while stocks last and on a first-come, first served basis, unless otherwise specified.
   6. SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.
2. Port-in Promotion
   1. The promotional period for the port-in promotion is 28 August 2025 to 7 September 2025. This promotion can only be redeemed at:
      1. SIMBA Booth 8205 COMEX 2025, Suntec Singapore;
      2. online SIMBA's website;
      3. SIMBA App; or
      4. SIMBA Broadband Authorised Dealers.
   2. $20 SIMBA credits will be awarded to all persons who submit their port in request within the promotional period, and the port in is completed before 14 September 2025, 23:59PM.
   3. This promotion is applicable to all SIMBA postpaid and prepaid mobile plans, except for Business plans. The $20 SIMBA credits will be credited into the subscriber's SIMBA wallet by 19 September 2025.
   4. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

3. Recharge Promotion
   1. The promotional period for the Recharge promotion is 28 August 2025 to 31 August 2025. This promotion can only be redeemed exclusively at SIMBA Booth 8205 COMEX 2025, Suntec Singapore.
   2. $6 SIMBA credits will be awarded to all subscribers who recharge $20 into their SIMBA wallet. The promotional credits will be credited into the SIMBA wallet where the eligible recharge was made to.
   3. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

4. For SHARP AQUOS phone Promotion
   1. The promotional period for the Recharge promotion is 28 August 2025 to 31 August 2025. This promotion can only be redeemed exclusively at SIMBA Booth 8205 COMEX 2025, Suntec Singapore.
   2. Purchasers of selected SHARP AQUOS phones will receive SIMBA credits and free gifts as follow:
      1. SHARP AQUOS wish4 gets FREE $30 SIMBA credits and earpiece;
      2. SHARP AQUOS wish5 gets FREE $60 SIMBA credits and earbuds; and
      3. SHARP AQUOS R10 gets FREE $120 SIMBA credits, smartwatch and earbuds.
   3. Customers must provide a valid SIMBA number to receive the credits, which will be credited by 5 September 2025.
   4. SIMBA will strictly not be responsible for the customer's purchase of the SHARP mobile phone, and the customer will be required to visit a SHARP Service Centre for product support.
   5. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

5. SIMBA Broadband - $20 off New Sign-ups promotion
   1. The promotional period for the SIMBA Broadband - $20 off New Sign-ups promotion is 28 August 2025 to 7 September 2025. This promotion can only be redeemed at:
      1. SIMBA Booth 8205 COMEX 2025, Suntec Singapore;
      2. online SIMBA's website; or
      3. SIMBA Broadband Authorised Dealers
   2. Customers who sign up for a new 2-year SIMBA Broadband plan within the promotional period will enjoy a $20 discount on their first 30-day subscription. They will be charged $29.99 per 30-days billing cycle for the subsequent billing cycles.
   3. This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.
   4. This promotional discount is applicable on a “per sign-up” basis and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

6. SIMBA Broadband eero Max 7 router at $255 Promotion
   1. The promotional period for the SIMBA Broadband eero Max 7 router at $255 promotion is 28 August 2025 to 7 September 2025. This promotion can only be redeemed at:
      1. SIMBA Booth 8205 COMEX 2025, Suntec Singapore;
      2. online SIMBA's website; or
      3. SIMBA Broadband Authorised Dealers
   2. Customers who sign up for a new 2-year SIMBA Broadband plan within the promotional period will be eligible to purchase, from SIMBA, an eero Max 7 Router Promotion at $255.
   3. This promotional deal is applicable on a “once per sign-up” basis and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted with any other items.

COMEX Exclusive - Daily Happy Hour Deals

1. From time to time, SIMBA may offer promotional discounts, deals, or special pricing (“Promotions”) at our sole discretion. These Promotions may be offered for a limited time and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
2. Each Promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the Promotion is offered. Unless explicitly stated, Promotions cannot be combined with other promotional deals, are non-transferable, and may be limited to one per customer or account in SIMBA's own discretion.
3. SIMBA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without liability, including in the case of suspected abuse or violation by any customer, in SIMBA's own discretion.
4. For promotions involving promotional items and/or prices, the promotional period shall be as advertised by SIMBA, and only be redeemable at SIMBA Booth 8205 COMEX 2025, Suntec Singapore. Such promotions are strictly restricted by the period of the promotion and the availability of the promotional stock catered for the relevant promotion.
5. For promotions involving promotional SIMBA credits upon recharge of a SIMBA wallet, the promotional credits will be credited into the SIMBA wallet where the eligible recharge was made to. SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.
6. For promotions involving promotional SIMBA credits upon port in or sign up, the port in or sign up must be completed by the date stipulated by SIMBA in the advertisement of the relevant promotional deal, and SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.
