Lunar New Year 2026 SIMBA Promotional Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions
- All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific offer.
- Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event.
- Promotions, discounts, free credits, and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
- SIMBA Mobile reserves the right to vary, amend substitute, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Promotional deals, gifts, and prices are valid while stocks last and on a first-come, first served basis, unless otherwise specified.
- SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.
- The participating locations for this promotion are exclusively at SIMBA Service Centres, SIMBA Authorised Dealers, Changi Recommends at Changi Airport (selected booths only).
Port-in Promotion
- The promotional period for the port-in promotion is 12 to 15 February 2026. $20 SIMBA credits will be awarded to all persons who submit their port in request within the promotional period, and the port in is completed before 20 February 2026, 23:59PM.
- This promotion is applicable to all SIMBA postpaid and prepaid mobile plans, except for Business plans. The $20 SIMBA credits will be credited into the subscriber’s SIMBA wallet by 27 February 2026.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Recharge Promotion
- The promotional period for the Recharge promotion is 12 to 15 February 2026. This promotion can only be redeemed exclusively at the participating locations.
- $5 SIMBA credits will be awarded to all subscribers who recharge $20 into their SIMBA wallet. The promotional credits will be credited into the SIMBA wallet where the eligible recharge was made to. Each SIMBA mobile number is eligible to a maximum of $60 recharge.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

$38 HUAT Bundle Promotion
- The promotional period for the HUAT promotion is 12 February to 11 March 2026. This promotion can only be redeemed exclusively at the participating locations.
- The Golden Number Bundle is priced @ $38, consist of a new Golden Number of choice on SuperRoam 10 plan and $20 SIMBA credits awarded to the chosen Golden number.
