SIMBA 6 Years Strong Event - Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

• All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific offer.
• Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event.
• Promotions, discounts, free credits, and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
• SIMBA reserves the right to vary, amend substitute, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Promotional deals, gifts, and prices are valid while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise specified.
• SIMBA shall, at its discretion and on a while-stocks-last basis, give a voucher booklet to any person who participates in any SIMBA 6 Years Strong Event promotion.
• SIMBA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without liability, including in the case of suspected abuse or violation by any customer, in SIMBA's own discretion.

Mobile Promotion

• SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.

Port-in Promotion

• The promotional period for the port-in promotion is 5 March 2026 to 8 March 2026. This promotion can only be redeemed at the SIMBA 6 Years Strong Event held at Marina Square.
• $20 SIMBA credits will be awarded to all persons who submit their port in request within the promotional period, and the port in to SIMBA is completed before 13 March 2026, 23:59h.
• Receive a voucher booklet with every transaction (While Stocks Last).
• This promotion is applicable for all SIMBA postpaid and prepaid mobile plans, except for Business plans. The $20 SIMBA credits will be credited into the subscriber's SIMBA wallet by 20 March 2026, 23:59h.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Recharge Promotion

• The promotional period for the Recharge promotion is 5 March 2026 to 8 March 2026. This promotion can only be redeemed exclusively at SIMBA 6 Years Strong Event.
• $20 SIMBA credits and a voucher booklet (While Stocks Last) will be awarded to all subscribers who recharge $20 into their SIMBA wallet. The promotional credits will be credited into the SIMBA wallet where the eligible recharge was made to. Each SIMBA mobile number is eligible to a maximum of $180 recharge.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

SIMBA Golden Number Pack Promotion

• The promotional period for the SIMBA Golden Number Pack promotion shall commence on 5 March 2026 and is valid until removed by SIMBA without prior notice.
• Each Golden Number Pack is priced at $38, and shall contain a new Golden Number of choice within a pool of Golden Numbers made available by SIMBA, a one (1) billing cycle subscription to a SIMBA SuperRoam10 plan, and $20 SIMBA credits that would be credited to the chosen Golden Number.
• Receive a voucher booklet with a pack purchased (While Stocks Last).
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
• SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• The choice of Golden Numbers to be included in the pool for this promotion shall be unilaterally decided by SIMBA at our discretion. SIMBA reserves the right to remove Golden Numbers from the pool without prior notice.

• Customers who purchase selected HONOR devices will receive free $20 SIMBA credits, free gifts HONOR premium gift, whilst stocks last.
• HONOR accessories are not valid for this promotion.
• Customers must provide a valid and active SIMBA number to receive the credits, which will be credited instantly.

• Customers who sign up for a new 2-year SIMBA 10Gbps Broadband plan within the promotional period will enjoy a $29 discount on their first 30-day subscription. They will be charged $29.99 per 30-day billing cycle for the subsequent billing cycles.

• This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.

SIMBA 6 Years Strong Event - Screen Protector Sale & Installation Promotion

• The promotional period for the Screen Protector Sale & Installation Promotion is 5 March 2026 to 8 March 2026.
• Screen protectors are sold at a promotional price during the campaign period, while stocks last.
• Free Screen Protector and Installation Promotion:
• Customers with the applicable voucher can redeem a free mobile phone screen protector and installation service during the promotional period.
• The use of the free installation service is the option of the customer who redeems this promotion. SIMBA reserves the right to determine installation availability based on manpower capacity at the point of redemption.
• SIMBA does not guarantee the availability of a mobile phone screen protector for the customer's mobile phone. In the event that there is no suitable mobile phone screen protector due to stock availability or fitness, the customer's redemption is immediately forfeit, and the forfeited redemption will not be substitutable for cash or cash in kind.
• SIMBA reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Redemption of the free gachapon spin is valid from 5 March 2026 to 8 March 2026.
• The redemption is available exclusively at the SIMBA 6th Anniversary Event.
• Customers must present the official free gachapon spin coupon at the point of redemption.
• Each coupon is valid for one spin only.
• Prizes are dispensed on a random basis.

SIMBA 6 Years Strong Event - Photo Contest

• Only participants who are physically present at the SIMBA 6th Anniversary Event during the Promotion Period may participate in this contest.
• Participants must have a valid public Instagram account at the time of participation. To receive one (1) additional Gachapon spin, participants must:
• Take a photo at the designated photowall;
• Upload the photo to their personal Instagram account; and
• Include the official event hashtag "#SIMBA6YearsStrong" in the caption.
• The Instagram post must be set to "Public" at the time of verification, and must not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Participants must present the posted content to the SIMBA staff for verification before receiving the additional spin.
• SIMBA reserves the right to refuse participation or disqualify any post that does not comply with these Terms.
• By participating, participants grant SIMBA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and use the submitted photo for marketing and promotional purposes across social media and other channels, without further compensation.
• Participants confirm that they have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured in the photo.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this contest.
