POWER UP WITH 5G Campaign - Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

1. SIMBA Telecom Pte. Ltd. ("SIMBA") is the organiser of this Promotion – POWER UP WITH 5G Campaign (the "Promotion"). This Promotion is open from 21 May 2026 00:00 hours to 24 May 2026 23:59 hours, GMT+8 ("Promotion Period"), exclusively at the POWER UP WITH 5G Event at Marina Square. Transactions done on SIMBA Website, App or other unauthorised channels are not eligible for this promotion.
2. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern this Promotion.
3. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these T&Cs and that you agree to be bound by them. Any breach of these T&Cs will result in the disqualification of your participation and the forfeiture of any prize that you may have been awarded.
4. All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific offer.
5. Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event.
6. Promotions, discounts, free credits, and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
7. SIMBA reserves the right to vary, amend substitute, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
8. Promotional deals, gifts, and prices are valid while stocks last and on a first-come, first served basis, unless otherwise specified.
9. SIMBA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without liability, including in the case of suspected abuse or violation by any customer, in SIMBA's own discretion.
10. This Promotion is open to everyone in Singapore. However, employees of SIMBA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
11. To qualify, each participant must have a valid and active SIM card with SIMBA.
12. SIMBA may at any time and in its absolute discretion decide on or vary the eligibility requirements for participation in this Promotion.
13. No third-party entries and/or bulk entries are eligible for participation. SIMBA reserves the right to disqualify any actual or suspected third-party entries and/or bulk entries.
14. SIMBA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry. Any prizes that are won by a participant may be withheld until and unless SIMBA is satisfied with the verification.
15. For promotions involving crediting of bonus SIMBA credits, SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately, and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.

New SIM and Port-in Promotion

• The promotional period for the port-in promotion is 21 May 2026 to 24 May 2026. This promotion can only be redeemed at the Power up with 5G Event held at Marina Square.
• With every new SIM plan sign-up, subsequent 30-day renewal will be free and with every new port-in, the 2 subsequent 30-day renewals will be free.
• For port-in, the request must be submitted within the promotional period, and the port in to SIMBA is completed before 31 May 2026, 23:59h.
• This promotion is applicable for all SIMBA postpaid and prepaid mobile plans, except for Business plans.
• Standard plan terms and conditions apply. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Recharge Promotion

• The promotional period for the Recharge promotion is 21 May 2026 to 24 May 2026. This promotion can only be redeemed exclusively at the Power up with 5G Event held at Marina Square.
• $20 SIMBA credits will be awarded to all subscribers who recharge $20 into their SIMBA wallet. The promotional credits will be credited into the SIMBA wallet where the eligible recharge was made to. Each SIMBA mobile number is eligible to a maximum of $180 recharge.
• For promotions involving promotional SIMBA credits upon recharge of a SIMBA wallet, the promotional credits will be credited into the SIMBA wallet where the eligible recharge was made to. SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately and the customer agrees that the forfeiture is without recourse.
• For promotions involving promotional SIMBA credits upon port in or sign up, the port in or sign up must be completed by the date stipulated by SIMBA in the advertisement of the relevant promotional deal, and SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately and the customer agrees that the forfeiture is without recourse.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

For Samsung Galaxy Great Deals Promotion

• The promotional period for the Samsung phone promotion is 21 May 2026 to 24 May 2026.
• Customers who purchase selected Samsung devices at the POWER UP WITH 5G Event will receive free SIMBA credits. The amount of free SIMBA credits shall vary with the type of Samsung device purchased, as listed.
• Samsung accessories are not valid for this promotion.
• Customers must provide a valid and active SIMBA number to receive the credits, which will be credited by 31 May 2026.
• SIMBA will strictly not be responsible for the customer's purchase of the Samsung mobile phone, and the customer will be required to visit a Samsung Service Centre for product support.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

SIMBA Broadband - $0.99 New Sign-up Promotion

• The promotional period for the SIMBA Broadband - $0.99 New Sign-up promotion is from 21 May 2026 to 24 May 2026. This promotion can only be redeemed at POWER UP WITH 5G Event.
• Customers who sign up for a new 2-year SIMBA 10Gbps Broadband plan within the promotional period will enjoy a $29 discount on their first 30-day subscription. They will be charged $29.99 per 30-day billing cycle for the subsequent billing cycles.
• This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• This promotional discount is applicable on a "per sign-up" basis and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

• The redemption is available exclusively at the SIMBA POWER UP WITH 5G Event, first-come-first-served, while stocks last.
• Customers must present the official receipt at the point of redemption.
• Each receipt is only valid for one redemption of the shopping bag and voucher booklet.
• SIMBA Shopping Bag sand Voucher Booklets are not exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

POWER UP WITH 5G Promotion – Live Auction

Live Auction Terms and Conditions

Background

1. This live auction ("Auction") is conducted by SIMBA Telecom Pte Ltd and shall be governed by the following (additional) Terms and Conditions.
2. Any person(s) who places a bid ("Bidder") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. This Auction is open to any member of the public in attendance at the Auction above the age of 18, except for employees of SIMBA who are involved in the administration of the Auction.
4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SIMBA reserves the right to reject and/or revoke the participation of Bidder(s) at our own discretion without stating reasons for this.
5. The items available for bidding are listed above and are brand-new-in-box condition. Auction dates and times, as well as the number, character, and order and schedule of the items to be auctioned, are set by SIMBA and are subject to change without notice.
6. SIMBA reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Auction.
7. Any dispute during or after the Auction shall be dealt with at the sole discretion of SIMBA and this decision shall be absolutely final. In no circumstances whatsoever will any liability attach to SIMBA nor will any compensation be payable as of right to anyone attending or participating in the Auction.
8. By participating in the Auction, the participants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by SIMBA and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Auction and is subject to SIMBA's Data Protection Notice and Standard Terms and Conditions herein.
9. SIMBA reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any Terms without prior notice, if SIMBA is required to do so.

Bidding and Buying

1. Items are offered subject to a starting price. There is no reserve price.
2. The sale will be conducted in Singapore Dollar.
3. After live bidding has been announced, the Bidder is entitled to participate in the Auction as a bidder (Bidder) via live bidding.
4. Live bidding will be via hand raise, in increments as announced by the auctioneer. While the auctioneer may, at their discretion, vary the bidding increments, Bidders cannot place a bid other than a full increment.
5. Bids submitted via hand raise are deemed to have been received by SIMBA as soon as the auctioneer acknowledges each bid, and such bids shall be deemed to be in the set increment, as the set increment may be.
6. SIMBA has discretion at any time to refuse any bid, withdraw any item or re-offer an item for sale (including after the completion of the auction lot) if the auctioneer has reasonable belief that there has been an error or dispute during the sale of the item. The auctioneer can then take any reasonable action to resolve the issue (i.e. reoffer the item for sale).
7. Bids submitted via live bidding are binding for the Bidder and cannot be revoked, amended or withdrawn by the Bidder.
8. The highest bidder at the close of auction will be the successful purchaser of the item. The end of the Auction will mark the contract of sale between the successful purchaser and SIMBA.
9. By participating in the Auction each bidder/Buyer represents and warrants that any bids placed by You, or on someone else's behalf, are not the product of any collusive or other anti-competitive agreement and are otherwise compliant with the laws of Singapore.

Payment

1. What is bid in the Auction is the final price ("Bid Price") and the total sum that is due to be paid immediately on receipt of an invoice by the winning bidder from SIMBA. Bid Price shall be inclusive of the prevailing rate of Goods and Services Tax.
2. Payment shall only be accepted in Cash, NETS, electronic payments and credit card. Cheques and vouchers are not accepted.
3. Title in the item will not pass to the winning bidder until SIMBA have received the full payment of the Bid Price.
4. Only the winning bidder can make payment of the Bid Price.
5. Failure to pay the Bid Price upon request by SIMBA will result in the cancellation of the sale of the item and SIMBA may offer the underbidders the opportunity to purchase the item at a set price. The item may also be auctioned again at a later time/date.

POWER UP WITH 5G Promotion – Lucky Draw

A. Lucky Draw Eligibility

1. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must:
   1. Be at least 16 years old at the start of the Lucky Draw Period; and
   2. Have a valid and active SIM card or active broadband subscription with SIMBA during:
      1. The start of the Promotion Period;
      2. The end of the Promotion Period;
      3. At the time when the prize winners are drawn;
      4. At the time when the prize is collected by the winner.
   3. Present an official receipt upon collection of the lucky draw slip which is given based on first-come-first-served, while stocks last.
2. 10 winners will be chosen randomly at the end of each day. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries and awards are determined in SIMBA's sole decision, which shall be final and conclusive.
3. The drawing of the winners will be done at Marina Square Level 2 Atrium (beside island shop) on 21–24 May, 20:30 hours ("Lucky Draw Period").
4. The winners will be announced daily on SIMBA's Instagram and Facebook accounts on [DATE], 16:00 hours.
5. All winners of the Lucky Draw will be contacted by SIMBA through both Phone call and SMS, and the winner must provide identification verification details as required by SIMBA in its absolute discretion for its review before awarding the prize.
6. Participant(s) are not allowed to have multiple entries into the Lucky Draw.
7. In the event any winner is not contactable within 2 weeks, SIMBA may redraw for another winner or donate the unclaimed prize(s) as stated below, at SIMBA's absolute discretion.

B. Lucky Draw Prizes

1. There will be a total of forty (40) winners for the following Prizes ("Prizes") with a total value of $8,972:
   1. 2 x Samsung S26 Ultra (256GB) (worth $1,828 each)
   2. 2 x Samsung A57 (worth $798 each)
   3. 2 x Samsung A37 (worth $543 each)
   4. 2 x Samsung Watch Ultra (worth $399 each)

   6. 2 x Logitech MX Anywhere 2S Mouse (worth $129 each)
   7. 2 x Skechers Footwear (worth $60 each)

2. SIMBA reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or to donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization as solely determined by SIMBA.
3. The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
4. If there are circumstances that are beyond SIMBA's control which result in the unavailability or unfeasibility of any Prize, SIMBA reserves the right to replace that Prize with any other item of similar value without prior notice and liability.

C. Collection

1. Upon the verification of each winner's identity, SIMBA will send an SMS to the number that was written on the lucky draw slip.
2. Prize collection will be at Marina Square Level 2 Atrium (beside island shop) on 21–24 May 2026, 11:00 – 20:00 hours. From 25 May 2026 onwards, Prize collection will be at SIMBA's Office at 1 Kaki Bukit View, #02-10, Techview, Singapore 415941. Winners must bring along their lucky draw slip for verification. A winner may authorize a representative to collect on his/her behalf and the representative must provide their full details before collection. Prizes cannot be mailed or delivered to winners.
3. If a Winner fails to collect the Prize within one (1) month upon verification of winner's identity, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. No further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, SIMBA management shall be entitled to select another winner.
4. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, the winner of the Prize shall be liable for the payment of such tax.

D. Personal Data

1. SIMBA will need to collect and use participants' personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to its partners, to facilitate their participation in this Lucky Draw. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant's name, contact number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his or her pictures, photographs or likeness.
2. Furthermore, the Participants consent and authorise SIMBA and its partners the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the participant or Winner for marketing, publicity or promotional activities without any further compensation (where not prohibited by law).
3. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to SIMBA's and SIMBA's partners' collection, use and disclosure of participants' personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above and is subject to SIMBA's Data Protection Notice and Standard Terms and Conditions.

E. Others

1. SIMBA's decisions on the Lucky Draw and/or its winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, an individual's entitlement to participate in the lucky draw and a participant's entitlement to the Prizes SIMBA shall have the absolute discretion to review and award the Prizes.
2. SIMBA makes no warranty, assurances or guarantees as to the Prizes and shall not be responsible to any Winner or any person for the Prizes, including but not limited to the redemption and use of the Prizes and the specifications, defects or non-performance in the Prizes. Any issue faced with the Prizes shall be resolved directly with the merchant, provider or supplier of the Prizes.
3. SIMBA shall not be liable to any Winner or any person for damages, losses, costs or expenses, including but not limited to special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Winner or any person arising out of or in connection with the redemption and use of any Prize.
4. To the extent permissible by law, customers who participate in the Lucky Draw or any of the Promotions ("Participants") (including their heirs, parents, legal guardians, executor, and/or administrators) shall hold harmless and indemnify SIMBA and the SIMBA's agents against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, injury, actions, proceedings, expenses and costs which may result in relation to the Lucky Draw or the Prizes.
5. All intellectual property contained in any of the materials related or used in connection with this lucky draw including the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. SIMBA and its affiliates and its contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by such owners and their relevant affiliates. By participating in this lucky draw, you grant SIMBA a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such your entry.
6. This lucky draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
7. SIMBA reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this lucky draw, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time, without notice and liability. Participation in this lucky draw and continued use of SIMBA products and services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Where a dispute arises from the lucky draw or this T&C, both SIMBA and the participant will use all reasonable endeavors to amicably resolve any disputes within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this lucky draw or this T&C.
